The project is ideally located on the main avenue in Parque das Nações and benefits from excellent public transport connectivity. WellBe is Lisbon’s first significant contemporary office building to receive Passive House certification and Well Platinum. Prequalified for a BREEAM Excellent and Wired score Gold certification, the building will offer the highest level of sustainability and well-being for its occupants.
Our landscape design adapts to the architectural design at the entrance, creating an artificial slope with native species and different pockets of seatings and activities. The walk to the office building becomes an experience in itself, as visitors are immersed in a green oasis that fosters relaxation and creativity.
The choice of the planting mixture for the green roof and sloped areas is a core feature of the project: low in maintenance, low in water requirement and flowering almost all year, this provides the users with a consistent experience.
