Set on a 152-hectare site, LJ-Group’s proposal for the Dong Nai Political–Administrative Centre envisions a civic landscape where administration and public life are integrated through a continuous green framework. A central park spine structures the masterplan, connecting key functions with open and accessible public spaces that extend toward the riverfront.

Rather than a formal and enclosed institution, the project embraces openness and everyday use through shaded promenades, pocket parks, civic plazas, and quieter garden spaces. Flowing vegetation, water features, and layered terrain help shape a comfortable microclimate while integrating stormwater retention and filtration strategies.

Together, these elements frame a more connected, resilient, and human-scaled urban environment.
